In 1990, Ortho NorthEast was the first orthopaedic group in our region to open a freestanding outpatient surgery center. Today, SurgeryONE serves northeast Indiana, northwest Ohio and southern Michigan, offering same-day outpatient surgery to nearly 5,000 patients each year.
SurgeryONE is fully accredited by the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) and is Medicare approved. We offer state-of-the-art surgical suites that are equivalent of those found in a hospital - with rooms for general anesthesia, local anesthesia and pain management procedures, as well as fully equipped suites for pre-operative and post-operative care.
